France métropolitaine, Corse comprise, à la commune : 34 746 communes portent une valeur, dont les villes entières de Paris, Lyon et Marseille. L’estimation est faite à la maille de la commune quand ses annonces suffisent, sinon à celle de sa maille de modèle ; la répartition est dénombrée en couverture.
La valeur des villes de Paris, Lyon et Marseille est la moyenne des loyers de leurs arrondissements pondérée par le nombre d’annonces de chacun, calculée par DataFrance ; aucune valeur par arrondissement n’est publiée par cette mesure. Un loyer d’annonce n’est pas le loyer des baux en cours ; une estimation faite à la maille de modèle ne distingue pas la commune de ses voisines. Les données immobilières couvrent la France métropolitaine et la Corse ; les départements d’outre-mer n’y figurent pas.
